What was I thinking? I deleted all the settings for these when I’d made the images. It would have been pretty smart to keep them in case anybody ever asked this question :).
Since this one just uses three text areas it wouldn’t be that hard for either of us to re-create it in the Pulp-O-Mizer, though.

If you copy the block of text below and paste it into the ‘Import Cover Settings’ panel in the Pulp-O-Mizer, this should give you a very close match:
